Job Title:  Team Leader

Hours:      40 hours per week.

This post will involve working evenings and weekends on a regular basis as well as working as part of the on call team on a rota basis.

Salary:     £22,235.20 per annum

Contract: Permanent - subject to ongoing funding.

Location: Ealing

We’re seeking inspirational Team Leaders to lead and coordinate delivery of these services. We’re looking for proactive, problems solvers with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in people.


Responsibilities will include:

Day to day line management of delivery team (including supervisions, coaching and appraisals)

  • Planning, organising and delivering high quality activity sessions

  • Carrying out a range of administrative duties, including activity planners, rotas and timesheets


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience of managing a staff team

  • Working with people with learning disabilities, including those with complex needs, in a range of settings

  • Planning, organising, co-ordinating and delivering activities in accordance with an adult learning framework

  • Record keeping and report writing

  • NVQ3/QCF3/RQF3 qualified in a relevant field

  • Practical and constructive approach to problem solving

  • Supportive of team members and the wider goals of the organisation
